1. A battery cell, comprising:
a first terminal contact;
a second terminal contact;
an energy storage unit;
a first transistor;
a sensor system configured to acquire a state parameter of the battery cell; and
a control circuit; and
a second transistor connected between the first terminal contact and the second terminal contact, parallel to the energy storage unit;
wherein the control circuit is configured to control a switching process of the second transistor,
wherein the second transistor is a thin-film MOSFET transistor,
wherein the control circuit is configured to switch both the first transistor and the second transistor into a conductive state simultaneously, and
wherein:
a first pole of the energy storage unit is coupled to the first terminal contact, and a second pole of the energy storage unit is coupled to the second terminal contact,
the first transistor is connected between the first terminal contact and the second terminal contact in series with the energy storage unit, and
the control circuit is configured to control a switching process of the first transistor based on the acquired state parameter to control a charge current or a discharge current of the energy storage unit,
wherein the first transistor and the second transistor are situated on an external surface of the energy storage unit.
