a twisted pair wire including two insulated wires that are twisted together; and

a shield configured to cover the twisted pair wire, wherein

each of the two insulated wires includes a conductor, and an insulator covering the conductor,

the shield includes a first shield, a second shield, and a third shield in this order from a position closest to the twisted pair wire,

the first shield includes a first resin tape with a metal foil, spirally wound around the twisted pair wire,

the second shield includes a braided conductor,

the third shield includes a second resin tape with a metal foil, and

the metal foil of the first resin tape with the metal foil makes contact with the braided conductor, and the braided conductor makes contact with the metal foil of the second resin tape with the metal foil.
