monitoring drift between a computing system of a production environment and another computing system of a recovery environment, the another computing system of the recovery environment being configured to perform tasks of the computing system of the production environment that fail over to the recovery environment;
simulating a failure event for the production environment by executing a failure script in a simulation environment that is different from the production environment; and
automating a failover to the recovery environment, including executing a failure protocol defined by the failure script.
