1. A method of monitoring compliance with healthy building guidelines using a spatial hierarchical model that includes a plurality of building control assets assigned to a plurality of hierarchical levels of the spatial hierarchical model, the healthy building guidelines based at least in part on one or more healthy building criteria, the method comprising: allowing a user to select via a user interface a first hierarchical level of the plurality of hierarchical levels of the spatial hierarchical model; identifying a measure of non-compliance with one or more of the healthy building criteria of the healthy building guidelines, detected using building control assets, for the first hierarchical level and for each of the hierarchical levels below the first hierarchical level; after the user selects the first hierarchical level of the plurality of hierarchical levels of the spatial hierarchical model, displaying the measure of non-compliance for the first hierarchical level on a display; allowing a user to select via the user interface a second hierarchical level of the plurality of hierarchical levels of the spatial hierarchical model, wherein the second hierarchical level is different from the first hierarchical level; identifying a measure of non-compliance with one or more of the healthy building criteria of the healthy building guidelines, detected using building control assets, for the second hierarchical level and for each of the hierarchical levels below the second hierarchical level; and after the user selects the second hierarchical level of the plurality of hierarchical levels of the spatial hierarchical model, displaying the measure of non-compliance for the second hierarchical level on the display.
