1. A front sight post camera system for a firearm having a trigger, wherein the front sight post camera system comprises:
a front sight post;
a camera assembly integrated into the front sight post;
an actuation mechanism in communication with the trigger and the camera assembly, wherein the actuation mechanism activates the camera assembly each time the trigger is pulled;
a wireless transmitter; and
wherein the camera assembly comprises an inner camera lens and a protective bezel extending beyond a front surface of the front sight post and comprising an outer lens.
