1. A cryogenic liquid storage system, comprising:
a primary container including a primary sidewall and a primary dome, where the primary container is configured to retain the cryogenic liquid;
an insulation portion covering the primary container;
a secondary container including a secondary sidewall and a secondary dome; and
a pressure release feature disposed through each of the primary container dome, the insulation portion, and the secondary container dome,
wherein the secondary container includes a precast, prestressed concrete material with a steel liner disposed on one of an inside and an outside surface of the secondary container.
