1. An apparatus for separating of gas from a fluid in a wellbore, comprising:
a first pipe configured to be disposed in a wellbore and define a wellbore annulus between the first pipe and the wellbore;
a second pipe disposed in the first pipe, an inner annulus defined between the first pipe and the second pipe;
a plurality of production separation chambers disposed in the first pipe;
an orifice in an upper portion of each of the plurality of production separation chambers, the orifice configured to open into the wellbore annulus;
one or more solids management tubes, the one or more solids management tubes having a top open end near a floor or lower portion of one of the production separation chambers and extending downward into a next lower production separation chamber; and
thief jet orifices in the second pipe, each thief jet orifice positioned near a bottom of a respective production separation chamber and opening into the inner annulus,
wherein the thief jet orifices restrict flow of the fluid to remove gas bubbles from the fluid.
