1. A metal complex according to Formula I:

Wherein, R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen, C1-C10 alkyl, C1-C4 alkoxy, C3-C30 cycloalkyl, halogen or C6-C30 aryl;
Mn+ is a transition metal ion; n is 1, 2 or 3, which corresponds to the ion valence of the transition metal M;
the carbons atoms marked with * are all S configuration chiral carbons or all R configuration chiral carbons;
the P marked with * are all S configuration chiral P or all R configuration chiral P;
R is an anion.
