13. An airbag device installed in a vehicle seat having a seat cushion forming a seat surface and a seatback forming a backrest, the airbag device comprising:
an inflator stowed in one side portion of the seatback that generates an inflation gas;
an airbag stowed inside the seatback in a rolled or folded state that deploys from the one side portion by the inflation gas released from the inflator, the airbag deployable toward a front of the seatback and including an upper chamber region and a lower chamber region; and
a tether having a first securing part joined to the upper chamber region of the airbag and a second securing part joined to the seatback,
wherein the vehicle seat is provided with a headrest disposed on an upper portion of the seatback, the headrest joined to a headrest pole that extends perpendicular to an upper surface of the seatback, wherein one portion of the tether extends in a state hooked on the headrest pole in a U-shape.
