1. A medical device comprising:
a handle;
a flexible sheath extending from the handle, wherein the sheath includes:
a first chamber including a first agent and a second chamber including a second agent, wherein each of the first chamber and the second chamber is disposed in a distal portion of the sheath, wherein the first chamber surrounds the second chamber and includes a distally facing opening positioned distal to the second chamber, wherein the second chamber is defined by a first tube disposed within the first chamber, wherein a wall of the first tube includes a plurality of holes;
a first piston received within the first chamber and a second piston received within the second chamber; and
at least one actuation element configured to transmit a force from the handle to each of the first piston and the second piston;
wherein, when the handle is in a first configuration, the first agent is maintained within the first chamber and the second agent is maintained within the second chamber, and wherein, when the handle is in a second configuration, the second agent is released from the second chamber to enter the first chamber and mix with the first agent.
