1. A method to form an electrode on a cover glass of a wearable computing device, the method comprising:
providing the cover glass of the wearable computing device, wherein the cover glass includes a first portion and a second portion;
providing a removable protective film, wherein the removable protective film includes one or more portions;
forming a removable protective film element having a first defined shape and a second defined shape by removing the one or more portions of the removable protective film;
positioning the removable protective film element on the first portion of the cover glass of the wearable computing device such that the first portion of the cover glass is configured to match the first defined shape;
defining and forming the second portion of the cover glass of the wearable computing device while the removable protective film element is positioned on the first portion of the cover glass of the wearable computing device, the second portion formed of the cover glass configured to match the second defined shape of the removable protective film element;
depositing a metal material on the second portion of the cover glass;
removing one or more portions of the metal material to form the electrode on the second portion of the cover glass; and
removing the removable protective film element from the first portion of the cover glass to produce the electrode formed on the cover glass of the wearable computing device such that the electrode formed on the cover glass comprises one or more defined attributes.
