1. An apparatus for cutting tissue through a port comprising:
a cannula comprising a substantially elongate body and a distal cutting end;
a position indicator configured to indicate a position of the cutting end in relation to a tissue to be cut; and
a depth stop configured to control a depth of the cutting end in relation to the tissue to be cut.
