1. An aerosol generating device comprising:
a target at least partially formed as a hollow cylinder;
a reservoir at least partially formed as a hollow cylinder for containing vaporisable material; and
a wick extending into the reservoir, wherein the wick is in fluid communication with the target,
wherein the hollow cylinder of the reservoir at least partially surrounds and is substantially axially aligned with the hollow cylinder of the target,
wherein the target is configured to receive a light guide within the target.
