1. A method of identifying a surrounding environment that promotes a cognitive state for a particular activity, the method comprising:
at a device comprising a processor:
presenting a computer-generated reality (CGR) environment during an activity, wherein the CGR environment presents multiple surrounding environments at different times during participation in the activity;
obtaining data regarding a body via a sensor while the multiple surrounding environments are presented in the CGR environment;
determining a first cognitive state based on the data obtained regarding the body;
assessing the multiple surrounding environments based on the data obtained regarding the body;
determining a type of the activity based on the data obtained regarding the body and the CGR environment, wherein the type of the activity is selected from a group comprising working, learning, and resting; and
based on the assessing and the determined type of the activity, identifying a surrounding environment of the multiple surrounding environments that promotes a second cognitive state for the activity that is different than the first cognitive state.
