1. A manifold body comprising:
a body block including first and second laterally opposed surfaces extending along a vertical plane between an upper end and a lower end;
one or more end connections each extending laterally outward from the first surface of the body block, proximate to the lower end;
one or more lower valve cavities each recessed laterally inward from the first surface of the body block, above a corresponding one of the one or more end connections and proximate to the lower end, each of the one or more lower valve cavities being connected with a corresponding one of the one or more end connections by a laterally extending first passage;
one or more upper valve cavities each recessed laterally inward from the first surface of the body block above a corresponding one of the one or more lower valve cavities proximate to the upper end, each of the one or more upper valve cavities being connected with a corresponding one of the one or more lower valve cavities by a vertically extending second passage;
one or more lower end ports each extending laterally outward from the second surface of the body block and connected with a corresponding one of the one or more lower valve cavities by a laterally extending third passage; and
one or more upper end ports each extending laterally outward from the second surface of the body block and connected with a corresponding one of the one or more upper valve cavities by a laterally extending fourth passage.
