1. A thermoplastic polyolefin composition comprising:
(A) a polypropylene polymer;
(B) an elastomer component;
(C) an additive component; and
(D) a scavenger component comprising a polyacetoacetate compound and an amino alcohol compound, wherein:
the polyacetoacetate compound has the Formula (I):

the amino alcohol compound has the Formula (II):

or a salt thereof, and wherein:
A is a polymer backbone, a C1-C30 substituted or unsubstituted linear or branched alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, or alkaryl group, wherein the substituents may be one or more O, N, S, halogen, or phosphine;
RB is a bond or a C1-C30 linear or branched alkyl, aryl, arylalkyl, or alkaryl group;
RC is a substituted or unsubstituted C1-C6 alkyl group or a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group;
n is a number from 2 to 100;
RA is a bond or is C(R7R8);
R1 is H, OH or a C1-C6 alkyl group;
R2 is H, OH or a C1-C6 alkyl group;
R3, R4, R5, and R6 are independently H or a C1-C6 alkyl group;
R7 and R8 are independently H, OH or a C1-C6 alkyl group;
wherein the C1-C6 alkyl group in R1 to R8 is optionally independently substituted with OH, NR9R10, a C1-C6 alkyl group, or a phenyl group, wherein R9 and R10 are independently H or a C1-C6 alkyl group, and
provided that if neither R7 nor R8 is OH, then at least one of R1 and R2 is OH.
