1. A method for biostimulating a plant comprising:
applying a phytosanitary composition to the plant, wherein the phytosanitary composition is an aqueous solution that comprises sucrose stearate and beta-sitosterol, wherein the sucrose stearate and beta-sitosterol are in a ratio of 80:20 (sucrose stearate:beta-sitosterol).
