1. A component mounter comprising:
a component feeder that is configured to feed components stored in a tape, the components including first and second components;
a board transporter that is configured to convey in and out a board, the board comprising a product area and a plurality of inspection areas, the product area in which a pattern electrode to mount a first component thereon to form an electrical product is disposed, the inspection area which includes an inspection electrode to mount the second component thereon so that electrical characteristics of the second component is inspected by an inspection device when an occurrence of an event requiring an inspection occurs,
an installation head that is configured to install a first component picked up from the component feeder in the product area according to an installation sequence program;
a transmitter that is configured to transmit inspection area component information to an external management device which is connected to the inspection device configured to determines whether or not an inspection-required component is in an error;
a controller that is configured to detect the occurrence of the event that requires the inspection, and is also configured to determine whether or not any one of a plurality of the inspection areas is vacant,
wherein the installation head is further configured to install the second component in a vacant inspection area as the inspection-required component when the event occurs and the inspection area is vacant,
wherein the inspection area component information includes:
a board identification number individually given to the board;
an area number to specify an inspection area in which the second component is installed;
component identification information individually given to the second component; and
mounter identification information individually given to the component mounter to be distinguished from other component mounters,
wherein an inspection terminal is on the board in the inspection area and is electrically connected to the inspection electrode, and
wherein an inspection head makes contact with the inspection terminal to inspect the electrical characteristics of the second component.
