1. An apparatus to control a light fixture, comprising:
electric load control circuitry to:
receive from an operatively coupled occupancy sensor, a first signal that includes information indicative of an occupancy in a space;
receive from an operatively coupled light sensor, a second signal that includes information indicative of a measured ambient light level in the space; and
responsive to receipt of the first signal:
determine an ON/OFF operating state of a light fixture in the space using the measured ambient light level in the space and a ambient light threshold value stored in operatively coupled memory circuitry;
start a timer;
during the pendency of the timer, monitor an operatively coupled actuatable element for a manual input to change the ON/OFF operating state of the lighting fixture; and
responsive to receipt of the manual input to change the ON/OFF operating state of the lighting fixture:
determine a new ambient light threshold value; and
replace the ambient light threshold value stored in the memory circuitry with the determined new ambient light threshold value.

19. A non-transitory, machine-readable, storage device that includes instructions that, when executed by electric load control circuitry operatively couplable to a light fixture, cause the electric load control circuitry to:
receive a first signal that includes information indicative of an occupancy in a space from an operatively coupled occupancy sensor;
receive a second signal that includes information indicative of a measured ambient light level in the space from an operatively coupled light sensor; and
responsive to receipt of the first signal by the electric load control circuitry:
determine an ON/OFF operating state of a light fixture in the space using the measured ambient light level in the space and a ambient light threshold value stored in operatively coupled memory circuitry;
initialize a timer;
monitor an operatively coupled actuatable element for a manual input to change the ON/OFF operating state of the lighting fixture during the pendency of the timer; and
responsive to receipt by the electric load control circuitry of the manual input to change the ON/OFF operating state of the lighting fixture:
determine a new ambient light threshold value; and
replace the ambient light threshold value stored in the memory circuitry with the determined new ambient light threshold value.
