1. Network equipment, comprising:
at least one processor; and
at least one memory that stores executable instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, facilitate performance of operations, the operations comprising:
obtaining condition data representative of a condition of a user equipment, wherein the condition data comprises automatic neighbor relation data representative of neighbor relations of network equipment to which the user equipment is able to connect;
determining, based on the condition data, that the user equipment is eligible for scheduled configured grants;
obtaining first configured grant physical resource block timeslot data representative of first time slots for a first cell and obtaining second configured grant physical resource block timeslot data representative of second time slots for a second cell; and
selecting from the first configured grant physical resource block timeslot data and the second configured grant physical resource block timeslot data to assign a first subgroup of the first time slots of the first configured grant physical resource block timeslot data, and to assign a second subgroup of the second time slots of the second configured grant physical resource block timeslot data, in a timing alignment, wherein the timing alignment is determined to reduce end-to-end packet data convergence protocol delay for duplicate communications between the first cell and the user equipment and between the second cell and the user equipment.
