1. An information processing system comprising:
a specification apparatus configured to specify a person present at a predetermined position as a specific person by receiving user identification data from a terminal in possession of the person or by reading the person's biological information;
at least one recognition apparatus comprising at least one millimeter wave radar and/or at least one infrared sensor, wherein the at least one recognition apparatus recognizes a person present in a geographic range corresponding to the respective recognition apparatus as an unspecific person via the at least one millimeter wave radar and/or the at least one infrared sensor;
a first memory apparatus comprising at least one first storage, wherein the first memory apparatus stores, in said at least one first storage. first data including a time and the predetermined position at which the specification apparatus has specified the specific person;
a second memory apparatus comprising at least one second storage, wherein the second memory apparatus stores, in said at least one second storage, second data including a result of recognition by the at least one recognition apparatus; and
an information processing apparatus said information processing apparatus comprising at least one physical processor and at least one communication interface;
wherein the at least one physical processor of the information processing apparatus;
acquires, via the at least one communication interface, the first data from the first memory apparatus and the second data from the second memory apparatus;
acquires a movement history indicating a temporal change in a position of a first unspecific person by analyzing the second data;
determines whether the specific person and the first unspecific person are identical, based on the first data and the movement history of the first unspecific person; and
outputs the movement history of the first unspecific person, as a movement history of the specific person, in a case in which the specific person and the first unspecific person are determined to be identical.
