1. An apparatus for wireless communication, comprising:
one or more memories comprising instructions; and
one or more processors configured to execute the instructions and cause the apparatus to:
obtain a single system information block (SIB) including system information that includes:
cell specific information including a cell identifier of a neighboring cell of a non-terrestrial network (NTN), and
platform specific information including positioning information associated with a location of a neighboring platform that includes the neighboring cell,
wherein the apparatus is connected to or camped in a current cell of the NTN, the current cell being associated with a current platform; and
monitor the neighboring cell based at least in part on the system information.
