1. A system for spectrum analysis in an electromagnetic environment comprising:
at least one programmable channelizer configured to analyze data from the electromagnetic environment;
at least one classification engine; and
at least one learning engine;
wherein the at least one classification engine is operable to classify at least one signal based on the analyzed data from the at least one programmable channelizer; and
wherein the at least one learning engine is operable to provide learning data to the at least one classification engine for classifying the at least one signal.
