1. An apparatus comprising:
at least one processor; and
a memory storing computer-readable instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the apparatus to:
receive, from a user communication device, authorization keys, wherein the authorization keys are associated with a first application installed on the user communication device;
determine, based on the authorization keys and location information corresponding to the apparatus, a modulation value associated with the authorization keys; and
send, to the user communication device, an authentication indication based on the modulation value associated with the authorization keys, wherein the apparatus sends the authentication indication when the modulation value is above a threshold value.
