1. A method comprising:
receiving, by a computing device, a plurality of first samples, wherein each first sample of the plurality of first samples indicates whether a collocated second sample of a plurality of second samples is at a boundary of a depth discontinuity; and
generating, based on a patch that comprises one or more of the plurality of first samples, an atlas.
