1. A system to facilitate smart home event processing, comprising:
a smart home hub to:
receive sensor information from a plurality of smart home objects associated with a smart home, wherein the received information is received in accordance with a plurality of communication protocols,
translate the plurality of communication protocols into an analytic querying protocol using an adapter,
generate smart home events based on the received sensor information, and
perform routing, translation, and error handling via device and session mapping tables to facilitate communication with the plurality of smart home objects; and
a central management plane component, associated with a cloud-native application runtime, in communication with the smart home hub, including:
a computer processor, and
a memory storage device, coupled to the computer processor, with instructions that, when executed by the computer processor, enable the system to:
receive smart home events from the smart home hub,
responsive to the received smart home events, automatically arrange to execute smart home functions via a cloud infrastructure,
access data via both replication and live querying from a browser using the analytic querying protocol to retrieve data from cloud databases, and
as a result of execution of at least one of the smart home functions, transmit a smart home response to the smart home hub causing at least one of the plurality of smart home objects to perform a task.
