1. A method for managing an online communication group, the method comprising:
receiving, by a processor, user data of a user from a list of users in the online communication group, wherein the user data comprises one or more existing communication groups, and user rights data from the one or more existing communication groups of the user;
tracking, by the processor, a location of the user;
determining, by the processor, a change in user mode of the user based on the location of the user;
determining, by the processor, a role, in the online communication group, of the user based on at least one of the user mode and the user data, wherein the role of the user is specific to the online communication group, and wherein the role of the user is one of a monitor, a manager, an admin, a member, and a non-member;
executing, by the processor, a machine-learning model trained on historic data comprising user-mode, user-data, and role for a plurality of online communication groups to adjust the role of the user based on the change in the user mode and the user data; and
granting, by the processor, access to an information database, to the user, based on an adjusted role of the user, wherein the information database is linked to the online communication group, and wherein granting access comprises updating the user-rights data of the user in real-time to reflect the adjusted role and synchronising the updated user-rights data with the linked information database.
