1. A radio frequency identification (RFID) receiver comprising:
a baseband converter configured to receive an RFID signal and a cancelation signal, the baseband converter configured to provide mixing and cancelation to produce an analog baseband signal;
a summer communicatively coupled to the baseband converter and configured to receive the analog baseband signal and a modulated feedback signal; and
a quantizer communicatively coupled to the summer to produce a digital baseband signal corresponding to the RFID signal using closed-loop noise control based on the modulated feedback signal.
