1. An apparatus for processing an audio scene representing a sound field, the audio scene comprising information on a transport signal and a first set of parameters, the apparatus comprising:
a parameter processor for processing the first set of parameters to acquire a second set of parameters, wherein the parameter processor is configured
to calculate at least one raw parameter for each output time frame using at least one parameter of the first set of parameters for an input time frame,
to calculate a smoothing factor for each raw parameter in accordance with a smoothing rule, and
to apply a corresponding smoothing factor to the corresponding raw parameter to derive the parameter of the second set of parameters for the output time frame; and
an output interface for generating a processed audio scene using the second set of parameters and the information on the transport signal,
wherein the parameter processor is configured for smoothing the raw parameters over time so that a relatively strong smoothing is acquired in a first time portion of the audio scene and a relatively weak smoothing is acquired in a second time portion of the audio scene, wherein the audio scene changes more rapidly in the second time portion of the audio scene than in the first time portion of the audio scene.

32. A method of processing an audio scene representing a sound field, the audio scene comprising information on a transport signal and a first set of parameters, the method comprising:
processing the first set of parameters to acquire a second set of parameters, wherein the processing comprises
calculating at least one raw parameter for each output time frame using at least one parameter of the first set of parameters for an input time frame,
calculating a smoothing factor for each raw parameter in accordance with a smoothing rule, and
applying a corresponding smoothing factor to the corresponding raw parameter to derive the parameter of the second set of parameters for the output time frame,
wherein the processing comprises smoothing the raw parameters over time so that a relatively strong smoothing is acquired in a first time portion of the audio scene and a relatively weak smoothing is obtained in a second time portion of the audio scene, wherein the audio scene changes more rapidly in the second time portion of the audio scene than in the first time portion of the audio scene; and
generating a processed audio scene using the second set of parameters and the information on the transport signal.

33. A non-transitory digital storage medium having stored thereon a computer program for performing a method of processing an audio scene representing a sound field, the audio scene comprising information on a transport signal and a first set of parameters, the method comprising:
processing the first set of parameters to acquire a second set of parameters, wherein the processing comprises
calculating at least one raw parameter for each output time frame using at least one parameter of the first set of parameters for an input time frame,
calculating a smoothing factor for each raw parameter in accordance with a smoothing rule, and
applying a corresponding smoothing factor to the corresponding raw parameter to derive the parameter of the second set of parameters for the output time frame,
wherein the processing comprises smoothing the raw parameters over time so that a relatively strong smoothing is acquired in a first time portion of the audio scene and a relatively weak smoothing is acquired in a second time portion of the audio scene, wherein the audio scene changes more rapidly in the second time portion of the audio scene than in the first time portion of the audio scene; and
generating a processed audio scene using the second set of parameters and the information on the transport signal,
when said computer program is run by a computer.
