1. A computer implemented method of requesting consent from a consumer to complete an action, the method comprising:
utilizing an artificial intelligence (AI) component, creating by a processor, a decision tree including a plurality of decisions each having a plurality of possible outcomes based on a value of an attribute, the attribute representing a part of historical data related to an availability of the consumer to provide a consent to complete a preceding transaction during a time interval, the plurality of decisions and an order in which the plurality of decisions is arranged within the created decision tree being selected by inputting historical data into an algorithm, and the AI component being developed using machine learning techniques comprising one or more of the following: Iterative Dichotomiser 3 (IDS3), Classification and Regression Trees (CART), random forests, Multivariate Adaptive Regression Splines (MARS), and Chi-squared Automatic Interaction Detection (CHAID);
determining, by the processor, using the created decision tree, a time interval during which a probability of the consumer providing a consent to complete the action exceeds a probability of the consumer not providing the consent to complete the action;
based on the determined time interval, requesting, by the processor via a network, the consent from the consumer to complete the action during the determined time interval;
receiving, by the processor via the network, the consent from the consumer; and
completing, by the processor, the action based on the received consent.
