1. A driving mechanism for moving an optical element, comprising:
a fixed part, having a base and a housing connected to each other;
a movable part for holding the optical element, wherein the optical element defines an optical axis, and the movable part is movable relative to the fixed part;
a driving assembly for driving the movable part to move relative to the fixed part;
a circuit board disposed on the fixed part, having a conductive portion and an opening portion, wherein the conductive portion is exposed to an outer surface of the circuit board, and the opening portion has a concave structure; and
a sheet spring, disposed on an upper surface of the base and forming a longitudinal end portion situated above the base, wherein the sheet spring is electrically connected to the conductive portion of the circuit board, and the longitudinal end portion extends from the upper surface through the opening portion of the circuit board.
