1. An optically anisotropic film formed of a composition containing a non-colorable lyotropic liquid crystal compound,
wherein an Nz factor of the optically anisotropic film satisfies a relationship of Expression (1),
the optically anisotropic film satisfies a relationship of Expression (2),
0.40≤Nz factor≤0.60  Expression (1)
0.60≤Re(450)/Re(550)≤0.90  Expression (2)
Re(450) represents an in-plane retardation of the optically anisotropic film at a wavelength of 450 nm, and Re(550) represents the in-plane retardation of the optically anisotropic film at a wavelength of 550 nm, and
the composition contains a non-colorable lyotropic liquid crystal rod-like compound and a non-colorable lyotropic liquid crystal plate-like compound,
the non-colorable lyotropic liquid crystal plate-like compound is a compound represented by Formula (Y),
Ry2-Ly3-Ly1-Ry1-Ly2-Ly4-Ry3  Formula (Y)
Ry1 represents a divalent monocyclic group or a divalent fused polycyclic group,
Ry2 and Ry3 each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrophilic group, and at least one of Ry2 or Ry3 represents a hydrophilic group,
the hydrophilic group is an acid group or a salt thereof,
a cation in the salt of the acid group includes Na+ or Li+,
Ly1 and Ly2 each independently represent a single bond, a divalent aromatic ring group, or a group represented by Formula (Y1), provided that, in a case where Ry1 is a divalent monocyclic group, both Ly1 and Ly2 represent a divalent aromatic ring group or a group represented by Formula (Y1),
*-Ry4-(Ry5)n-*  Formula (Y1)
Ry4 and Ry5 each independently represent a divalent aromatic ring group,
n represents 1 or 2,
Ly3 and Ly4 each independently represent a single bond, —O—, —S—, an alkylene group, an alkenylene group, an alkynylene group, or a group formed by a combination thereof, and
in Formula (Y1), * represents a bonding position.
