1. A method, comprising:
pre-defining a plurality of activities to be detected in an interior room, the activities based on vital signs;
determining a model for each predefined activity based on recorded activity data in a plurality of locations;
forming a virtual array with a plurality of transmit and receive antennas;
beaming with the virtual array, a plurality of radar signals into the interior room;
receiving with the virtual array, radar data including a plurality of radar reflections corresponding to the plurality of radar signals;
processing the plurality of radar reflections to form a plurality of processed radar signals, the processing including noise removal;
determining, at least one activity from the plurality of pre-defined activities by matching the plurality of processed radar signals with one of the determined models; and
determining a notification action to perform in response to the determined at least one activity.
