1. An apparatus comprising:
a tube;
an attachment attached to the tube and defining a barrel-shaped exterior surface portion centered about a longitudinal axis, the attachment comprising:
a first attachment portion attached to the tube; and
a second attachment portion attached to the first attachment portion but manually separable therefrom, the first attachment portion disposed between the tube and the second attachment portion;
a housing defining:
a first chamber containing the barrel-shaped exterior surface portion such that the barrel-shaped exterior surface portion is rotatable in the first chamber about the longitudinal axis while not being removable from the first chamber; and
a second chamber separate from the first chamber; and
a latch spanning between the first attachment portion and the second attachment portion and drawing the first attachment portion towards the second attachment portion.
