1. A composition for lubricating a gas or steam turbine, comprising, based on a total weight of the composition:
from 70% to 99% by weight of at least one base oil;
from 0.2% to 0.5% by weight of at least one alkylphenyl-α-naphthylamine compound;
from 0.2% to 0.5% by weight of at least one dialkyldiphenylamine compound; and
from 0.1% to 0.3% by weight of at least one triaryl phosphite ester chosen from compounds of formula (III-a):

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
wherein:
each R is independently chosen from a linear or branched, C1 to C10 alkyl group; and
each n is independently chosen from 1 or 2; and
wherein the composition has a dialkyldiphenylamine compound to phosphite ester compound mass ratio of greater than 1.5, and
wherein the composition comprises 200 ppm or less of phosphate ester anti-wear and/or extreme pressure additives.
