1. An organic electroluminescence device comprising:
a first electrode;
a hole transport region disposed on the first electrode;
an emission layer disposed on the hole transport region;
an electron transport region disposed on the emission layer; and
a second electrode disposed on the electron transport region, wherein
the emission layer comprises a polycyclic compound represented by Formula 1:

wherein in Formula 1,
X1 and X2 are each independently N(Ar1), O, or S,
Ar1 is a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted ring-forming aryl group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, or a substituted or unsubstituted ring-forming heteroaryl group having 2 to 30 carbon atoms,
Y1 is a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted amine group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted ring-forming aryl group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted ring-forming heteroaryl group having 2 to 30 carbon atoms, or are combined with an adjacent group to form a ring, provided that:
a phenyl group including Y2 and R5 is represented by one of Y2-2 to Y2-7; or
Y1 is F or CF3, and a phenyl group including Y2 and R5 is represented by one of Y2-1 to Y2-7,
R1 to R4 and R6 are each independently a hydrogen atom, a deuterium atom, a halogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted amine group, a substituted or unsubstituted alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted ring-forming aryl group having 6 to 30 carbon atoms, a substituted or unsubstituted ring-forming heteroaryl group having 2 to 30 carbon atoms, or are combined with an adjacent group to form a ring,
e and f are each independently an integer from 0 to 4,
j and i are each independently an integer from 0 to 5,
the sum of j and i is equal to or less than 5, and
g and h are each independently an integer from 0 to 3:
