1. An organic compound represented by a general formula (G2),

n, m, p, and r each independently represent 1 or 2;
s, t, and u each independently represent an integer of 0 to 4;
n+p and m+r are each independently 2 or 3;
R4 and R5 each independently represent hydrogen or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms;
R10 to R14 and R20 to R24 each independently represent hydrogen or a hydrocarbon group having 1 to 12 carbon atoms each forming bonds only by sp3 hybrid orbitals;
one or more of R10 to R14 and R20 to R24 represent hydrocarbon groups each independently being an alkyl group having 3 to 8 carbon atoms or a monocyclic cycloalkyl group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms;
a total number of carbon atoms contained in each alkyl group having 3 to 8 carbon atoms and each monocyclic cycloalkyl group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms in R10 to R14 and R20 to R24 is 8 or more;
a total number of carbon atoms contained in each alkyl group having 3 to 8 carbon atoms and each monocyclic cycloalkyl group having 6 to 12 carbon atoms in either R10 to R14 or R20 to R24 is 6 or more;
R1, R2, and R3 each independently represent an alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms; and
at least one of s or t is 0.
