1. A degradable packet for enclosing a composition, the degradable packet comprising:
a first panel defined by at least a first edge, the first panel having an inner surface and an outer surface opposite the inner surface; and
a second panel defined by at least a first edge, the second panel having an inner surface and an outer surface opposite the inner surface, wherein the inner surface of the first panel is disposed between the outer surface of the first panel and the inner surface of the second panel, and wherein the inner surface of the second panel is disposed between the outer surface of the second panel and the inner surface of the first panel,
wherein at least a portion of the first panel is sealingly coupled to a portion of the second panel to define a sealed enclosure between the inner surface of the first panel and the inner surface of the second panel, wherein the sealed enclosure receives the composition,
wherein the first panel comprises a water-soluble film, wherein the water-soluble film disintegrates in water within less than about 24 hours and dissolves in water within less than about 48 hours, as measured according to MSTM-205 at 20° C.,
wherein the second panel comprises a water-soluble film, wherein the water-soluble film disintegrates in water within less than about 24 hours and dissolves in water within less than about 48 hours as measured according to MSTM-205 at 20° C.; and
wherein the water-soluble film of the first panel and/or the water-soluble film of second panel does not disintegrate in water for at least about 1 hour and does not dissolve in water for at least about 1 hour, as measured according to MSTM-205 at 20° C.
