1. An apparatus for an internal structure of an airfoil comprising:
a support member having a length defined between first and second ends, wherein the support member includes first and second opposing surfaces, and one or more fastener holes formed through the first and second opposing surfaces, wherein the one or more fastener holes are configured to receive one or more fasteners;
an aperture extending through the first and second opposing surfaces of the support member, wherein the aperture is outside of the one or more fastener holes, and wherein the aperture within one or both of the first and second opposing surfaces is in a first plane;
a groove formed in the first surface between the first and second ends of the support member, wherein the groove is outside of the one or more fastener holes, and wherein the groove is in fluid communication with the aperture;
a structural member extending perpendicular from the support member, wherein the structural member includes first and second opposing sides;
an injection port extending through the first and second opposing sides of the structural member, wherein the injection port is outside of the one or more fastener holes, wherein the injection port within one or both of the first and second opposing sides is in a second plane that is perpendicular to the first plane; and
a protrusion extending from the structural member, wherein the protrusion includes a passageway in fluid communication with the injection port and the aperture, and wherein the protrusion is outside of the one or more fastener holes.
