1. A vehicle for receiving power by noncontact from a power transmission apparatus, provided at a road, of a ground power supplying apparatus, comprising:
a power reception apparatus for receiving power from the power transmission apparatus;
a vehicle side communication device for transmitting a signal including identification information of the vehicle to the ground power supplying apparatus by short range wireless communication with a communication distance of less than 10 meters;
a lateral deviation detection device for detecting a presence or absence of a deviation in a relative position of the power reception apparatus with respect to the power transmission apparatus in a direction perpendicular to a direction of advance of the vehicle; and
a vehicle side control device comprising a processor configured to control the vehicle side communication device, wherein
the processor is configured to control the vehicle side communication device so that power is not transmitted from the ground power supplying apparatus when it is detected that there is a deviation in the relative position of the power reception apparatus with respect to the power transmission apparatus,
wherein controlling the vehicle side communication device so that power is not transmitted from the ground power supplying apparatus is to stop emission of the signal including identification information of the vehicle from the vehicle side communication device to the ground power supplying apparatus.
