1. A method of providing oxygen therapy to a patient, the method comprising:
delivering oxygen-enriched gas from at least one sieve bed of an oxygen concentrator to a product tank of the oxygen concentrator;
regulating, with a pressure regulator of the oxygen concentrator arranged downstream of the product tank, pressure of the oxygen-enriched gas from a product tank pressure to a target delivery pressure;
delivering said oxygen-enriched gas at said target delivery pressure to an accumulator tank of the oxygen concentrator, said accumulator tank arranged downstream of both of the product tank and the pressure regulator of the oxygen concentrator;
delivering said oxygen-enriched gas at said target delivery pressure from said accumulator tank to an outlet port of the oxygen concentrator; and
storing, with the accumulator tank, a quantity of the oxygen-enriched gas received from the product tank between each of a plurality of patient inspiratory efforts and supplying the stored oxygen-enriched gas to the outlet port during the plurality of patient inspiratory efforts.
