1. A massage assembly, comprising:
a first massage arm;
a first massage head, rotatably connected to the first massage arm, and configured to massage acupoints and skin near an anus along with a motion of the first massage arm relative to a human body; and
a rotation lock, arranged between the first massage arm and the first massage head to adjust, lock or unlock a rotation angle of the first massage head relative to the first massage arm;
wherein the massage assembly further comprises:
a shaft disk mounting shell;
a rotating shaft disk, fixedly connected to or made integrally with the first massage arm and rotatably arranged in the shaft disk mounting shell; and
a torsional spring, arranged in the shaft disk mounting shell, wherein one end of the torsional spring is connected to the first massage arm or the rotating shaft disk, and another end of the torsional spring abuts against or is fixed to the shaft disk mounting shell.
