1. A tip for being attached to a wrapper containing a smokable substance, said tip comprising a tube having a generally cylindrical shape, having two ends each forming an opening at opposite ends of said tube, said openings fluidly connected to each other by a chamber disposed between the two ends, the chamber and said two ends being axially aligned, wherein a first one of said two ends has a t-shaped opening (105) and a second one of said two ends has a circular opening (109), said second end having an outside diameter less than an outside diameter of said first end, wherein said first end has a thickness which is greater than a thickness of a wall of said tube and said t-shaped opening extends from a surface of said first end through said thickness of said first end.
