1. A composition comprising water and particles, wherein
the particles have a core and a shell, wherein the shell comprises at least one emulsifier, and the core comprises at least one fat-soluble compound and at least one solvent, and wherein
the composition has a bimodal particle-solvent-distribution of the particles in the composition.
