15. A wireless device, comprising:
an antenna;
a radio coupled to the antenna; and
one or more processors coupled to the radio, wherein the one or more processors are configured to:
transmit a registration request message to an access and mobility function (AMF), wherein the registration request message includes a first value for a timer;
receive a registration accept message from the AMF, wherein the registration accept message includes:
a second value for the timer, wherein the second value for the timer is based on the first value for the timer, and
a first fifth generation (5G) global unique temporary identifier (GUTI) to the wireless device; and
start the timer with the second value after completion of a registration procedure, wherein reallocation of a 5G GUTI is based on the timer.
