1. A system for sharing sensor data between wireless entities, the system comprising:
a first wireless entity that is mobile and is conveyed by a vehicle;
a second wireless entity configured to store sensor data and to be in a sleep state between two-way-communication sessions; and
wherein the first wireless entity is configured to receive, via a two-way-communication session established between the first wireless entity and the second wireless entity while the first wireless entity is conveyed by the vehicle to be is at least temporarily in wireless range of the second wireless entity, sensor data that is stored in the second wireless entity; and
wherein the first wireless entity is configured to identify, via cryptographic authentication, that the second wireless entity has credentials to upload data to the first wireless entity.
