1. A reflective screen that displays an image by reflecting some of image light projected from an image source, the reflective screen comprising:
an optical shape layer that has optical transparency and a plurality of unit optical shapes arranged on a rear surface side, the optical shape layer including a first surface onto which the image light is incident, and a second surface that faces the first surface;
a reflective layer, formed as a plurality of islands that each have an arbitrary shape, is provided regularly or irregularly on the first surface to reflect some of incident light and transmit at least some of the remaining incident light;
one of (i) a light absorption layer having a predetermined transmittance, or (ii) a dimming layer that enables the transmittance to be changed are provided, in a thickness direction of the reflective screen, closer to the rear surface side than the reflective layer, and
a base material layer provided, in the thickness direction of the reflective screen, closer to the image source side than the optical shape layer.
