1. A computerized method comprising:
monitoring loading of a plurality of networks utilizing a plurality of physical resource blocks to determine when loading of one or more of the plurality of networks at least meets a threshold;
identifying a set of virtual physical resource blocks in a plurality of virtual physical resource blocks, the set corresponding to a portion of a band assigned to a network in the plurality of networks;
reallocating the set of virtual physical resource blocks in a virtualization layer from the portion of the band assigned to the network to another portion of the band in another network in the plurality of networks when the loading of the one or more of the plurality of networks at least meets the threshold; and
utilizing the one or more of the plurality of physical resource blocks based on a mapping of the set of the virtual physical resource blocks that is reallocated.
