1. A method, comprising:
providing, in association with designing a virtual space with plural rooms for virtual conferencing between plural participants, display of a first user interface for adding the plural participants to the virtual space and for assigning tags to the plural participants, each tag corresponding to a keyword for associating with a respective one or more of the plural participants;
receiving indication of first user input via the first user interface, the first user input assigning a first tag to a subset of the plural participants;
providing display of a second user interface for configuring a breakout session, the second user interface for specifying one or more of the tags to associate with the breakout session, and the second user interface including a first room list interface which includes a list of the plural rooms for selecting multiple rooms of the plural rooms in the virtual space to associate with the breakout session;
receiving indication of second user input via the second user interface, the second user input specifying to associate the first tag with the breakout session, the second user input further specifying the multiple rooms of the plural rooms in the virtual space to associate with the breakout session, such that the first tag is associated with the multiple rooms and the multiple rooms are usable for the breakout session;
providing, based on the first user input and the second user input, for the breakout session in one or more of the multiple rooms, the breakout session including subset of the plural participants assigned with the first tag; and
providing, for each of the plural participants, display of a second room list interface which includes the list of the plural rooms for selecting to switch between the plural rooms.
