1. An antenna device comprising:
a ground electrode having a first side extending in a first direction and a second side extending in a second direction, the second direction being intersecting the first direction;
a first feed conductor;
a passive circuit element;
a first parasitic circuit element facing a side of the first feed conductor, the side of the first feed conductor being parallel to the first side, as seen in a plan view of the antenna device, wherein as seen in the plan view, the first parasitic circuit element is located on a straight line that passes through the center of the first feed conductor and that is parallel to the second direction; and
a feed line configured to send a radio frequency signal to the first feed conductor,
wherein the feed line comprises a stub, and
wherein the passive circuit element has a different resonant frequency than the first feed conductor.
